Learning Through Play

Children are constantly learning and the best way for them to learn is through play.

All ages benefit from this method as their brains are little sponges ready to soak up all the sights, sounds & senses from the world around them.

I am constantly teaching your children. Below are some examples of my methods.

On car journeys we sing along to nursery rhymes.

At home we learn through free play, building with bricks & tracks, story time, singing, colouring, drawing & painting.

Phonics is a great way for all ages to have fun and learn to talk. Recently I cam across Jolly phonics which is what the first schools teach.

Wowee do we have fun singing, dancing whilst learning the moves & motions!! (Please note that on my Smart TV we do not have any adverts & all you tube content is prep'd & monitored personally by myself)

In the garden we plant seeds for sunflowers, fruit & veg which we watch grow & then enjoy eating them.

We play in the play house and on the garden toys & seesaw.

Out & about, were walking safely, learning to sit nicely in pushchairs, learning about colours on doors, danger from traffic, learning about the different types of vehicles, looking at the sky, clouds, sun, moon.

At the park were learning about different trees, plants, animals, touches, smells in the air.
